I love how you made it so your eyes flow down the poster. maybe you can center the words so that it doesn't look like the words are sitting on the banner.
this is very good. quiet but full of power. great idea! I would suggest that your text could avoid being too closed to the edge of the poster like the bottom line.
ummm...sorry im not feelin this one...two parts r separated...n "the place to start" doesnt attract me. ppl only use a fewsecond scan thru poster...we need to make em simple, attractive n convey one great simply meaning...n i think the blurred pic does the opposite job here...but way to experiment...
